All In is an intelligent meeting platform and website which provides you with a simple way to create and share meeting agendas. All In is made by Qworky, Inc. a Seattle area software house and is operated by Qworky, Inc. employees. You do not need to be registered to view meeting agendas or create meeting agendas using All In. Qworky is committed protecting the privacy of all people who visit or use All In, the technology industry has developed practical tips to help you guard against Internet fraud, secure your computer and protect your personal information. This statement governs all content created and shared on the site All In at www.allinhq.com by our users. Our users are comprised of, but not limited to, any person logging in and/or creating content on the All In application.

We're boringly responsible about privacy.

Qworky provides the following Privacy Statement to create transparency into how we use your information. All content created by All In users is considered sensitive information, and will only be utilized as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Agenda Information:

You can choose to create agendas that are shared and accessed through URLs, restricted with 'passwords', or not shared. Shared agendas are stored by Qworky so they can be later retrieved. Agendas that are not shared through All In can only be distributed via 'Copy and Paste' and are not stored by Qworky or within All In database.
Meeting agendas shared on the All In website are not indexed by Google or major search engines.

Email:

All In/Qworky employees have access to your email address when you email Qworky for support. Email addresses will only be used for responding to your support requests.
Email addresses are stored in our database when you share URLs through All In website's "Email" link to recognize and authenticate people when they accept URLs.
Email address/Passwords are stored in a database if you sign up or register with All In. This is so that you can login and retrieve your information.
Under no circumstance will we ever share any email address with other companies which in turn send you spam/newsletters/or try to sell you stuff.

Cookies:

A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier.
You can configure your browser to accept, reject or notify you when cookies are set.
Qworky may set cookies on your computer to access information when you sign in, keep track of your preferences; provide general and internal customer analytics.

So, what do we actually do with the information we collect?

When you sign up for Qworky services, we only collect personal information for Qworky related communication, such as service alerts. Receiving newsletters and product offering information is opt-in. When you sign up for our Qworky mailing list, we will solely use the information for Qworky and All In purposes and it will not be share with any third parties for promotional purposes.

What are we doing to protect your information?

Qworky ensures proper security measures are taken for all information collected and used within the Qworky site, while protecting against any misuse and alteration of data. We have quality controls in place to help mitigate breach of data, but also promote each user to maintain privacy of any login and password information.

Qworky uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Qworky and All In. We own the code, databases, and all rights to the All In application and all information on Allinhq.com is governed by this Privacy Statement. You retain all rights to your data. These third parties are not allowed to use your personal information for any promotional purposes.

Qworky will comply with valid subpoenas and warrants. In the case of subpoenas, Qworky will notify individuals before taking responsive action.

Trust takes time, and we understand. Here's how you can opt out until we get to know each other better.

Any service related information about your account that requires maintenance will be communicated to all users. You have the opportunity to opt out of promotional and marketing related news at any time, using the "Unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any email or on the Qworky website.

Commenting on blogs or within community forums

If you use a bulletin board, Forum or blog, on this website, you should be aware that any Personal Information you share in comments or posts can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information that you choose to submit in these forums. You have questions, and we hope to provide you with answer.
